How do I send evaluation reminders?

Sending reminders to all participants who have not completed their board/CEO evaluation or when they need a new link to participate.

BoardClic triggers automatic reminders to participants who have not yet completed an evaluation. The reminders are triggered before and after the deadline to help you ensure that everyone submits their responses on time. Below are the exact intervals of our automatic reminders:

  • 3 days and 1 day before the deadline

  • 1, 3, 11, 19, 27, 30 days after the deadline

If you need to send additional reminders or sending out a new link you can do this manually through the platform.

  1. Go to the "Evaluation" tab

  2. Click "Show details" on the evaluation

  3. Click "Send reminders". This will present you with information on recent and upcoming reminders, as well as who will receive the additional reminders.

  4. "Send"

If you need to send a reminder to only one person, click the three little dots next to the status of that person and click "Remind user"
