We take your account's security very seriously and offer login options to help keep your account secure.

When you participate in an evaluation you will receive a secure one-time link and do not need to log in or create a password.

To view your answers after completed evaluation or to access the full report, depending on your permission level, you do need to log in by creating a password. Go to your participation email and click on "Log in".

You have two login options:

Create a password: By selecting "Create password", you will enter a self-created password and then confirm that password. You can then create your account. It is recommended to create a unique password and keep it safely stored. Should you forget your password, you can simply reset it. Discover more about signing in here.

Multi-factor authentication:
In case your account owner have decided to apply an extra layer of security you may be requested to enter a verification code. Once you have entered email and password a verification code is sent to your email. In rare cases there is a latency so please allow up to a few minutes for the code to arrive. You may need to check your spam folder as well.

Biometric authentication: Enhance your security with biometric authentication, using FaceID, TouchID or Windows Hello instead of passwords. By using your phone as your biometric ID, you can use it to access your account through any device. Simply select this option on the create account page and follow the prompts on your device.

Have you by any chance set up Biometric ID as your preferred method of logging in and and don't know which device you used? Send us a chat message or email to [email protected] and we will make sure to reset it so you can use email and password instead.

If you already have an account and would like to enable biometric authentication, you can easily do so in your user settings under "Security" and clicking "Add biometric ID".

Login with Authenticator app:

Once you have created an account using one of the options mentioned above, you can enable the use of authenticator apps for your user account.

An authenticator app is a smartphone application that adds an extra layer of security to your online accounts.

Steps to enable multi-factor authentication:
