You can at any time view your own answers that have been submitted in any evaluation, even in the past. First you need to login.
If you participated through a secure one-time link you first need to login or setup your account. Click Reset or Create Password and add your email. The system will know and either reset your current password or direct you to the create account page.

Go to the Evaluations tab and find the evaluation in the list. Depending on your access rights you click either on the Show results button or the three dots to find the "View your answers" button.
