There are instances when users belong to multiple organisations utilising BoardClic's Skills Matrix. To simplify the process, users only need to fill in the requested skills once, rather than completing each matrix separately. If a specific skill is requested by multiple organisations, the self-assessed grade will be applied across all matrices requesting that skill.
If an administrator adjusts a self-assessed grade within a particular organisation, the adjustment will only be reflected in that organisation's matrix.
