Your report is ready: where to find it
When your Board evaluation is complete, the final report is available on the BoardClic platform.
Log in to BoardClic and go to Overview under Evaluations.
Find your evaluation. Completed evaluations are marked Recently completed.
Click View reports.
Getting around the report
When the report opens, you'll see these controls:
Report type (top left) shows which report you're viewing, for example Standard full report. Use the dropdown to switch between report types.
Move between pages (bottom right) lets you step through the report page by page with the arrows. The page counter shows where you are.
Zoom (bottom right): use – and + to zoom, or Fit to fit the page to your screen.
Download (top right) exports the report.
How to read your results
Each section of the report covers one area of the evaluation, such as Board decision-making and effectiveness.
Section score and benchmark
At the top of each section are two numbers:
Section score is your Board's result for that section.
Benchmark is the comparison value for the same section.
A section score above the benchmark means your Board rated itself more positively than the comparison group. A score below the benchmark points to an area worth discussing.
Section findings
Next to the scores, Section findings highlight the questions that stood out, based on score and priority:
High performance lists the questions where the Board scored strongest.
Low performance lists the questions with the most room for improvement.
Each finding shows its score next to the benchmark, so you can see the gap at a glance.
Reading the question tables
Below the findings, each question in the section is listed in a table with three values:
Prio is the priority given to that question. A higher value means the question is a higher priority. Look at priority together with the score: a question with high priority and a low score is a good place to focus the Board's attention.
Score is your Board's result for that question.
Benchmark is the comparison value for the same question.
Two ways to view the results: Alignment and Distribution
You can present the results in two ways, depending on how much detail you want to show.
Alignment (snake graph) shows how the different respondent groups scored each question. Each group has its own line. When the lines sit close together, the groups agree. When they spread apart, the groups see the issue differently. This view works well for starting conversations about differences in perspective.
Distribution (aggregated) shows how all the answers to each question were spread across the answer scale, including Don't know. It shows whether respondents broadly agreed or whether opinions were split. This view works well when you want a high-level summary.
Customising the report before you share it
You can tailor the report to your audience by hiding sections, questions, comments or answer groups.
Click Edit report (bottom left).
Hover over the question, comment or answer group you want to remove.
Click the eye icon to leave it out of the export.
A counter at the top of the page shows how many items you've left out. Hidden items are only excluded from the export; they are not deleted from your results.
Preview the report as each role will see it
Use Roles (bottom left) to simulate different roles. This shows you the report exactly as each role will see it, so you can check what each person can access before you share it.
