Only the account Owner(s) have access to the final evaluation reports by default. All other users and participants must be granted access by an Owner or Administrator on an individual basis. Individual report access can be granted at any time. See how reports can be shared here.
If you have access to reports, you can find them in your account under the "Evaluations" tab.
