There are two different ways to share the final evaluation report:
Invite participants to view the interactive online report
Create a presentation, customise it (optional) and download it as a PDF
Option 1: Account Owners can grant individual report access to participants that allows them to log in to the platform to review the final report online. Access to the report(s) can be granted by following the steps below:
Go to the "Evaluations" tab.
Click the three dots or drop down menu next to the evaluation.
Next to each participant, click the three dots and select "Add report access".
Please note that this will give them full access to the report and its features.
Option 2: If you wish to make a presentation of a report, account Owners and those with report access can do so in the presentation feature. This feature allows you to create and customise presentations to share with others. More information on how to create and customise a presentation can be found here.
