Evaluation survey roles

Updated over 9 months ago

When you create a new evaluation, you will see the survey roles BoardClic recommends including in the evaluation. The roles are important as they allow you to view the final results by role and understand the alignment or potential misalignment between or within these groups.

The roles also allow for excluding roles from certain questions when participants are filling in their evaluations. For example, the Chair role is commonly excluded from the Chair section.

Please note, survey roles that only contain one participant, i.e. the Chair, will not be anonymous in the interactive report. You can, however, choose to anonymise the results using the presentation feature (although, as much transparency as possible is strongly advised). Open-ended comments are always 100% anonymous.

If you wish to make changes to the survey roles available in your evaluation, please see how here.
